This session will be a brief overview of a bunch of new “tricks” the BOSH Director, CLI, and Agent have “learned” over the past year or so: - SSH and fetching logs from the BOSH Director using the BOSH CLI - Compiling without a director with the BOSH Agent - Speedier recovery from IaaS problems with the BOSH CLI/Director - New variable update strategy Even though the BOSH codebases are largely over a decade old, and nobody understands them fully, we are still able to surgically modify them to add new features with high confidence that we won’t break existing workflows.
